I should be packing boxes...

... but the boys have gone out for an hour or two. Technically I'm packing up the kitchen, but you can't pack while you drink tea so I guess I can sneak a moment in here, right? lol!

Here's a few images I took yesterday at the waterfront near where we live now.. in a few weeks we'll be minutes from the beach instead so no more waterfront.. but HELLO beach photos!!! Can't wait to have new places to visit and shoot, although I think I'll come back here more than once... it's a great spot, particularly in the winter.

Well, I've clearly been slacking off around here... and in general too - haven't done any photography stuff for weeks! Ah, the life of a working mum, juggling a career, family, pets, selling our house, finding a new one, contemplating packing up (noooo!), sick kids, sick me.... the list goes on lol!!! I know I know, everyone is the same, just fun to complain about it all for a minute (not that anyone listens hahahah!)

Here's a few shots of my three year old, he was kind of playing nice and letting me snap away but mostly he was just wanting get on out of there...! You'd think it was difficult to sit still and look adorable!!!

Yesterday was my son's birthday. He was three. I continued a little tradition I started last year and got up to shoot the sunrise for his birthday - maybe I'll manage to do many years of them and he'll be able to look back as an adult at how the world woke up once a year to celebrate him.

Don't get me wrong, I love taking photos of my little 'man'... but whoa it was great to take photos of real men lol (ok, to be honest, from my point of view these guys are still kids but there's plenty of young women out there who'd call me crazy!)

Oh to be young and gorgeous again!!! I only had ten minutes with these brothers - doing a shoot for their mum for mother's day awwwww - but they were great sports and lovely men.
